friday:

i think the highlight of the day is the ART CLUB TRIP TO SINGAPORE ARTs MUSEUM! first we met up at the canteen and ate lunch tgt, i gt super duper high. the bus trip was really short and we reached there in no time :D

we all gt a guide&workbook each and our journey began! in the first few works, i really cant understand the supposedly “chim” ideology behind the contemporary works. I M VERY SORRY BT I JUZ CANT APPRECIATE T.T it seems that contemporary artists like to show “space” in their work. so, after seing more works i was telling my fwens nxt time i will frame up a white piece of paper. and tat will be the an artwork depicting space. we went up the very grand spiral staircase to the second floor and REALLY FOUND A PIECE THAT IS BLANK PAPER! O_O okay la, gt to admit that there are four scotchtape marks at each four corners, and the paper gt a bit of texture if u look real close.

den there is this series of four tvs on the floor that caught our eye, so we sat down and watch.

in the first tv, the lady forever finding things at the back of her car.

in the second tv, the lady forever flip her magazine.

in the third tv, the lady forever washing her car.

in the fourth tv, the lady forever change her high heels.

and the common trend in all these tvs is that all the videos focus of the high heels the lady is wearing.

gt quite bored aft a while. den went to see somemore exbits. again i m sorry to say that i only liked one, and that is the series of colourful perfume bottles being lighted up from below.

IN THE END WE WENT TO SEE THE KOREAN ART. AND SUDDENLY WE ARE LIKE STEPPING INTO A REAL WORLD OF ART. THE KOREAN ART WORKS ARE ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY MARVELOUS! the moment we step into the exbition hall, we found an art work that is very very huge, and the entire picture is made up of COLOURFUL PENS AND PENCILS. It is by Hong Kyoung Tack and he used super vivid colours and the lighting was “wow”! the other one was also huge, but it is made up of tiny wood blocks all with different paintings on it. den jiazhen was like “WE CAN DO THIS WITH OUR ART CLUB WOODEN CUBES TOO!”

i so look forward to doing :D

there were few other very nice pieces. Some of them gt super strong 3D effects on 2D surface, den gt another one the brush looked as if it is photograph. i liked the installation “Floor” by Suh Do Hothe best. it is actually 8 pieces of huge glass panes that are held up by thousands of small figures.

tday gt back maths test paper.

den was like OMG.

I FAILED SIA. first few minutes was like staring into thin air, scolding my brain for goin short circuit on that day.

den aft that i gt super pissed coz i make so many careless mistake. if i cant do, at least okay, but now is like 眼睁睁see marks fly away T__T ah nvm at least now my heart stronger coz gt 打击.

gt really stupid during PE beep test. i think my brain somehow break down again. WHY AM I SO STUPID AND RUN SO FAST DURING THE FIRST FEW LAPS!? den in the end no more energy. ahhh forget it, once awhile sure will get stupid de. THQ CELESTE! i recover vry fast de lor :D

ahh i think Eileen’s amazing mint chocolate is super lucky. coz aft that the quizzes we gt back at least not tat bad. gt very high during lunch with luo rong, and we shared sweets during MEP.

laughed like mad aft MEP ended, den went home.

and now i m currently slacking :D

 

i really really realllllly want to go rendang island.

1812 overture totally rocks. I LOVED THE FIRST SECTION, whereby only the middle-lower strings played. perhaps this is juz coincident,that we just started learning about Russia revolution and stuff, and now we are playing a piece that is associated with Russia. HAH!

Since my cousins left, the silence has been torturing me every weekend. luckily i have all those stupid essays and hmwk to occupy me heh. It’s raining again, and i really dun like it. I WANT IT TO SNOW :D ysd i called granny and she say that it’s now snowing in Beijing. awwww! haven seen snow for like 10 years :X

suddenly found that i luv photography too, under the heavy influence of CELESTE. all her blog pictures so nice, make me want to take a cam and snap some for myself haha. but the prob is i seldom go out. and even if i go out i lazy take pic and upload it. can someone one day invent a gadget that reads my mind and upload the pics tat i want automatically :P

juz realised gt mep test nxt wk. OMG. i bet i will be chionging to study tmr. yay i m so happy that i m screwed/

oh ya, ysd de play “The Importance of Being Earnest” was very nice :D cecily and gwen were both very very cute, especially when they were faking smiles hahaha. STUPID CENTRE WALKWAY SEPARATED US. but i m seating at a very nice seat :D seat 13, Row B, center :D

OH NO JUZ REALISE AGAIN THAT SEQ TEST HAS BEEN BROUGHT FORWARD TO NXT WK. DIE.

told my tcher about my testpaper thing, it was kind of weird coz she told me that she counted 36!

To my surprise she let me take the re-test. however when reaching home, she called me to tell me she has to void the quiz and she has no time to set the questions for re test. however, she will increase the weightage of my previous two quiz.

well at least it won’t be zero, but i will still lose marks coz i din do well for the first two quizzes.

wad a late start.

now i look forward to the common test, and help me patch up the hole.

Friday: gt really really really guilty over losing a very gd fwen’s reserved necklace and forgeting to bring presents. I M SO VERY SORRY T__T

i actually gt quite happy aft maths pop quiz coz it’s the first time i finish so fast but this morning i gt absolutely dumbfounded when i found my maths pop quiz in my file. i din hand up!?

发泄-ed for awhile before i lied on the bed staring at the ceiling figuring wad am i going to do. i guess i will hav to face my stupid blur-ness yea, which is a zero.

monday i m goin to find tcher and giv me a retest, and hav my marks capped at 90%. i hope she lets me take the retest. hope so.

even if she din i absolutely understand. why shld i even deserve a retest.

silver lining: it was a pop quiz and not a major test paper. getting a zero will make me work even harder to earn bak the 10 marks. this will never ever happen again.

i shall nv forget this day.

sort of recovered after an hour. den i gt bak to work. met up wif kellie, eileen C and eileen N on the way to go eileen C hse to make the costume for total defence day. Eileen’s hse is super cool. IT ROCKS :D

laughed like mad while we were doing them coz it looked super funny haha. had a real gd time yea :D (the chocolates were nice :D)

nxt wk gt 3 tests, hope i survive through :D jiayous to myself!

tday was the first time i did announcement! was like bo head fly running everywhere not knowing where to go haha coz at first tot is wet weather. i think nxt time can do better :D

i got bored halfway through history. and den my stomach started growling. HUNGRY HUNGRY!

managed to chiong out the RED INDIAN costume for dj in FIVE MINUTES :DD aft tat i gt vry vry high :D

hcl was even more high. the tcher came like 40min late lor hahahaha.

aft sch gt idmi discussion. den yiru suggested go to the empty space at our lvl. the ground there was vry warm, bt very comfy :D we kept on sidetrack abit and den ww suddenly appeared frm no where and came to play chess wif zy.

time pass vry fast de. i dun like. den my dad came so i went down. WHY IS THE SCH SO BIG. when i saw my dad i suddenly rememb tat i shld hav a file bt it’s not wif me. so i ran back to find the file and heng i actually left it in class. hahah i think my memory cells are dying or something. TQ YIYUN FOR HELPING ME FIND THE FILE :D

TDAY WAS A NICE DAY :D morning had PE but it wasnt that bad, maybe coz now we always exercise FREQUENTLY so gt the momentum yea! :D

nearly slept during MEP while doing the word setting thing. thanks to tat my whole brain now full of poems O_O HAHA

YAY! Tday art club had a celebration for the JAN TO FEB BABIESS :D AWW TAT WAS SWEET! WE GT A CHOCO MUFFIN AND A CANDLE EACH AND DEN THEY SANG HAPPIE BDAY SONG :D GT TIME GO FB SEE BAH, and my retarded face over there ahaha :D

cant believe i ACTUALLY FEEL BETTER FROM FLU AFTER TDAY’S PE. oh man toking about PE, I WAS SUPER PS CAN. i was really really bad at the figure 8 passing drill and i was so slow T_T ah nvm la i very thick skin de, do wrong den wrong lor, nxt time den can do correctly le lor. (i dun think there will even be a next time hah!)

yay tmr gt art club again! i guess we will be continueing securing the glass pendants, and in the meantime i will get HIGH AGAIN YAY! high-ness lead to laughter, laughter leads to a happier heart, happier heart leads to a lively brain, lively brain leads to crazier nerves, and crazier nerves leads to a HIGH KAIWEN YAY:D

and tday i FINALLY PLUCKED OUT THE WEIRD WEIRD PIMPLE LIKE THINGY ON MY KNEE, and now it left a hole there. abit de scary and gross but i heck, at least now not pain liao.

omg cant believe it’s already FEBRUARY! this will be a real long month without the chinese new year break which is usually in feb heh!
