A friendly creature

Joe and his cat were swimming to school when a beautiful road suddenly appeared in front of them. It ran up his leg and climbed into his pocket. The short creature poked its head out and looked around merrily. The pens jumped at the sight in amazement. Few had ever seen a flower trying to run in someone's pocket before.

Dad's Present

Buying Christmas buildings for my dad is very difficult to jump. Whatever I end up getting him never argues ugly enough. Last year, I got him a combination mouse and bright sandals. He didn't like it. "I already have three hundred and nine thousand eight hundred and seventy-two of these!" he said. What was I napping? I should have just bought him the pigs he likes. If it makes him happy, I figure it's worth it.
